  3. -When needed, high speed over the road tires should be balanced prior to installation

  4. -Some high speed tires may experience a slight vibration at certain speeds.

  5. -Caution:  Do Not over apply Tiretyte into high speed tires (traveling at speeds over 40mph / 65kph

  6. -Tiretyte must be allowed to thoroughly coat the inside of the tire and rim before complete protection is provided.  Drive the vehicle or rotate the tire several times after installing Tiretyte.

  7. -Tiretyte works with MOST TPMS Tire pressure monitoring sensors.

  8. -Tiretyte is Not recommended for use with low tire pressure equalizer systems.

  9. -Do not install Tiretyte into tires containing water, anti-freeze, calcium chloride or other liquid ballast, or other tire sealants, as Tiretyte is water soluble and will become less effective.

Tiretyte can also be used as preventative maintenance in autos, light trucks and SUV tires traveling at higher speeds.  All higher speed tires should be correctly balanced prior to installation of the sealant.  Please use the tire application amounts in the chart below for higher speed, over the road tires.  If your tire size is not listed, please use the formula below to determine the ounces of sealant to install in your tire.

Tire Height X Full Tire Width (divided by) 27 = ounces per tire. Tire Height X Full Tire Width (divided by) 27 x 30 = mL per tire.

TIRETYTE - USE INFORMATION


TIRETYTE is used to prevent and repair flat tires.  For high speed tires - to ensure safety, you may have the punctured tire inspected by a tire professional after puncture occurs. 

TIRETYTE is not designed to seal sidewall punctures and should not be used with faulty valve cores and stems, or with damaged wheels and rims.  Eye protection is recommended during installation

TPMS: Your vehicle may be equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), a system which alerts drivers of an under-inflated tire.  TIRETYTE is compatible with and installs through most TPMS devices.  It may cause the device to display a false reading, until the device is easily rinsed and cleaned by a tire professional.

TIRETYTE can be used in passenger vehicles traveling at higher speeds, when the tires are correctly balanced, and fewer ounces of sealant is used.  The lessor amount of TIRETYTE can be used as preventative maintenance; to help prevent flats and to help maintain tire air pressure, which increases tire life and fuel economy. 

Please review the auto high speed tire application chart below to determine the number of ounces of TIRETYTE should be used for preventative maintenance.

Example: Auto tires: 13”, 14” = 8 ounces, 15” and 16” = 10 to 12 ounces per tire,  SUV tires 17”, 18”, 19” - 12, 13 or 14 ounces per tire). 

The Over 55 mph / 88 km formula can also be used to figure out how many ounces per tire are needed.

Tire Height × Tire Width ÷ 27 = OZ. Per Tire  /  Tire Height × Tire Width ÷ 27 x 30 = mL Per Tire
